Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any Melissani products.

Instead, every Melissani M1 is backed by our 2-Year Replacement Warranty. If your unit stops working properly due to a manufacturing defect within 2 years of the original purchase date, we will replace it at no cost to you.

To file a warranty claim, contact us at contact@melissaniwater.com with your order number and a description of the issue.


Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately at contact@melissaniwater.com if the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your product has a manufacturing defect, please refer to our 2-Year Replacement Warranty above.

Replacements If your Melissani M1 stops working due to a manufacturing defect within 2 years of purchase, contact us at contact@melissaniwater.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video if possible. Our team will review your claim within 2 business days and arrange a replacement if approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. EU customers should contact contact@melissaniwater.com to initiate a cancellation.

Warranty Claims We will notify you once we've received your warranty claim and let you know if a replacement was approved. If approved, we'll ship your replacement unit at no cost to you.
